Create3D.io uses a simple plan-based commercial license model. Your commercial rights depend on the account plan used when the 3D model is generated, whether the payment remains valid, and whether the asset complies with this Commercial License and applicable laws.
Free members may use gifted credits to test Create3D.io, experiment with prompts, preview workflows, and explore AI-generated 3D models. However, free creations are for personal, educational, and non-commercial exploration only. Free members do not receive commercial use rights for generated 3D assets.
Monthly subscribers receive a worldwide commercial license for eligible AI 3D models generated during an active paid monthly subscription. These assets may be used in commercial projects as long as the account remains in good standing and the related payment is not refunded, reversed, or charged back.
Annual subscribers receive a lifetime worldwide commercial license for eligible 3D models created during the valid annual subscription period. These rights remain after the annual plan expires without renewal, and each eligible asset can include a downloadable Commercial License Certificate.
This license applies to eligible 3D assets generated through supported Create3D.io workflows, including text-to-3D, image-to-3D, multiview-to-3D, texture generation, model optimization, repair, remeshing, conversion, rendering, and other production-ready 3D tools available on the platform.
Meshes, forms, characters, objects, props, product concepts, environment pieces, and other 3D models generated with Create3D.io.
Textures, material previews, AI-generated surface details, rendered previews, and visual outputs created or enhanced through Create3D.io tools.
Eligible assets exported, repaired, remeshed, converted, or optimized in formats such as GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, PLY, USDZ, 3MF, and glTF.
Final works that include eligible Create3D.io assets as part of a larger product, experience, campaign, prototype, visualization, game, app, video, or client project.

Important note: A Commercial License Certificate does not replace platform-specific review rules. Marketplaces, game platforms, app stores, 3D printing services, and stock asset sites may still apply their own AI content, file format, intellectual property, and submission policies.
With a valid Create3D.io commercial license, eligible AI-generated 3D assets may be used as part of larger personal, professional, or commercial projects worldwide.

Modify, adapt, texture, remesh, repair, render, convert, or optimize eligible Create3D.io assets for production use.
Export eligible assets in supported 3D formats such as GLB, FBX, OBJ, STL, PLY, USDZ, 3MF, and glTF, subject to plan limits and platform functionality.
The Create3D.io Commercial License is designed for real creative and business use, but it does not allow misuse, infringement, redistribution abuse, or attempts to build competing AI datasets or services from platform outputs.
You may not use Create3D.io generated assets for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or deceptive activities.
You may not create or use 3D assets that infringe another person's copyright, trademark, character rights, product design rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
You may not impersonate a real person, company, game, character, brand, product, artist, designer, studio, or rights holder without proper authorization.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, package, or offer generated 3D models as standalone stock assets, asset packs, model libraries, template collections, or competing AI-generated 3D asset services without written permission from Create3D.io.
You may not use Create3D.io outputs, downloads, previews, or generated assets to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build competing AI models, datasets, 3D generation systems, or automated asset-generation services unless Create3D.io gives written permission.
You may not remove, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent license records, account records, generation records, or Commercial License Certificates.
A commercial license is granted only when a valid paid purchase is completed and remains valid. If a subscription payment, plan purchase, or related transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed successfully, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise treated as invalid, the commercial license connected to that payment automatically becomes void.
If the payment is refunded, the commercial rights connected to that payment end automatically.
Any Commercial License Certificate tied to a refunded, reversed, charged-back, or invalid payment loses its validity.
If a license becomes void, downloaded 3D assets connected to that payment may no longer be used commercially.
Annual lifetime commercial rights remain valid only if the original annual purchase remains valid and is not refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or invalid.
Create3D.io helps users generate and prepare 3D assets with AI, but users remain responsible for the materials they provide and the way they use generated outputs. This includes prompts, uploaded images, reference photos, brand names, logos, product designs, characters, copyrighted works, trademarks, likenesses, and all final commercial uses.
Before using a generated asset commercially, you should make sure your prompts, uploads, references, edits, and final project do not violate third-party rights or platform policies.
Create3D.io does not guarantee acceptance by any marketplace, stock asset platform, game store, app store, 3D printing service, advertising network, client review process, or distribution platform. Each third-party platform may apply its own AI content, intellectual property, file quality, moderation, and submission rules.
A free member creates a 3D model using gifted credits. The model may be used for testing, learning, and private exploration, but it is not commercially licensed. The user should not place it in a paid game, client project, product listing, or monetized campaign.
A monthly subscriber generates several props for a game prototype while the monthly plan is active. Those eligible assets receive worldwide commercial use rights, provided the payment remains valid and the use follows this license.
An annual subscriber generates 3D product concepts for commercial visualization. The assets receive lifetime worldwide commercial rights, and the subscriber may download a Commercial License Certificate for each eligible 3D model.
An annual subscriber creates eligible assets during the valid annual period, then does not renew the next year. The previously generated eligible assets keep lifetime worldwide commercial rights, as long as the original annual purchase remains valid.
