1 What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases made on Create3D.io, including one-time credit packages, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and automatic renewal charges.
Create3D.io provides digital access to AI-powered 3D creation tools, including text to 3D generation, image to 3D generation, multiview to 3D workflows, 3D model downloads, and related 3D asset tools. Because the service begins delivering digital value as soon as credits are used or a generation starts, refund eligibility depends on the timing and usage conditions described below.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2 Standard refund eligibility
You may request a full refund for a paid purchase when both of the following conditions are met:
- 1The request is made within 24 hoursYour refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment or renewal charge.
- 2Fewer than 20 credits have been usedAt the time your refund request is received, fewer than 20 credits from the relevant purchase or billing period must have been consumed.
If both conditions are met, Create3D.io will refund the full amount paid for that purchase to the original payment method.
We may also review exceptional cases in good faith, such as duplicate billing, accidental repeated payments, verified payment errors, or a major service issue that prevented normal access.
3 Why credit usage matters
AI 3D generation is not the same as downloading a static file. When you create a 3D model on Create3D.io, the system immediately uses GPU computing, model processing, storage, and delivery resources.
For that reason, refunds are available for purchases that remain substantially unused. The 24-hour window and the fewer-than-20-credits rule help us protect genuine users while keeping the platform sustainable for all creators.
4 Purchases that are usually not refundable
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Create3D.io in a special case, the following purchases are generally not eligible for a refund:
- A purchase where the refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the charge.
- A purchase where 20 or more credits have already been consumed.
- Credits already used to generate, preview, export, convert, or download 3D assets.
- Subscription periods that have already started and have been used beyond the refund eligibility conditions.
- Payments connected to fraud, abuse, account sharing violations, automated scraping, resale, chargeback manipulation, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
If your situation does not fit the standard refund rules but you believe there is a genuine billing or technical issue, you can still contact us and we will review your case.
5 How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team by email at [email protected]. Where possible, please send your request from the email address connected to your Create3D.io account.
To help us process your request faster, please include:
- Your Create3D.io account email address.
- Your order ID, invoice ID, receipt number, or transaction ID.
- The date and approximate time of the payment.
- Whether the purchase was a credit pack, monthly subscription, annual subscription, or renewal.
- A short explanation of the issue or reason for the request.
You do not need to provide a long explanation if your request meets the standard refund conditions, but clear details help us verify the purchase and respond faster.
6 Refund review and processing time
We aim to review eligible refund requests within 2 business days after receiving the required information. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After Create3D.io issues the refund, the time it takes to appear on your bank, card, wallet, or payment provider statement depends on your financial institution. In many cases refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, but some providers may take longer. Create3D.io does not control bank or payment provider settlement timelines.
7 Subscriptions and renewals
Create3D.io subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting [email protected].
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started, unless the charge meets the refund eligibility rules in this policy or a mandatory consumer right applies.
8 Renewal charge refunds
If your subscription renews automatically and you want to request a refund for the renewal charge, the same standard refund conditions apply:
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of the renewal charge.
- Fewer than 20 credits from the new billing period must have been consumed.
If both conditions are met, Create3D.io will refund the renewal charge in full and cancel the related billing period.
9 Failed or defective 3D generations
If a 3D generation fails and produces no usable output, the credits used for that failed generation are automatically returned to your account balance. This automatic credit return is separate from a monetary refund. It lets you try again with a clearer prompt, a different image, or a revised creative direction without needing to contact support.
AI-generated 3D results may vary in style, geometry, texture detail, composition, and artistic interpretation. A successfully delivered 3D model that does not exactly match your creative expectation is not automatically considered defective.
However, if you believe a result failed because of a technical issue on our side, please contact us and we will review the case.
10 Free credits and promotional credits
Free credits, trial credits, bonus credits, promotional credits, or other credits provided without direct payment have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, transferred to another user, or converted into a paid account balance.
This Refund Policy applies only to paid purchases made on Create3D.io.
11 Your consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
Create3D.io provides digital content and digital services. In some jurisdictions, consumers may have cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights for online purchases. Where those rights apply and cannot legally be excluded, we will honor them.
If your local law gives you stronger rights than the standard refund conditions in this policy, those legal rights will apply. The 24-hour and 20-credit conditions are a goodwill commitment that operates in addition to — never instead of — your statutory rights.
12 European Union and EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts.
Because Create3D.io provides digital content and digital services that can begin immediately after purchase, this right may end once the digital service begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you may lose the right of withdrawal.
If a paid digital feature is faulty, unavailable, or not provided as described, you may have rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. Depending on the situation, this may include having the service brought into conformity, receiving a proportionate price reduction, or receiving a refund. Where a proportionate refund applies, we may take into account the amount of credits already used and the membership benefits already consumed during the relevant billing period.
13 United Kingdom consumers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to exceptions for digital content and digital services that begin with your consent.
Digital content must also be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality under applicable UK consumer law. If a paid feature does not meet the required standard, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law. Where a partial refund is appropriate, we may calculate it based on credit usage and the benefits already received.
14 Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a billing question, duplicate charge, failed payment, or refund concern, please contact Create3D.io support first. In most cases we can review and resolve billing issues faster through direct support than through a formal card dispute.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in temporary restriction or suspension of the affected account while the dispute is investigated by the payment provider. We will cooperate in good faith with you, your bank, and the payment provider to resolve legitimate billing concerns.
15 Currency, taxes, and bank fees
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment whenever possible. If taxes were collected on a refunded purchase, applicable taxes will be refunded where required by law.
Create3D.io does not charge an extra refund processing fee. However, we are not responsible for currency exchange differences, bank fees, card issuer fees, or third-party payment provider charges that may occur between the original payment and the refund.
16 Abuse, fraud, and policy violations
Create3D.io may refuse a refund request where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated refund manipulation, unauthorized resale, account sharing abuse, automated usage, payment fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
We may also limit, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in abusive billing behavior or misuse of AI 3D generation resources.
17 Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our product, billing systems, payment providers, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a mandatory legal requirement provides otherwise.
